Do you need a way to raise funds for your organization?

                                                                    Consider a “Fun-Raiser” with Electric City Playhouse!

A “FUN-Raiser” happens when an organization purchases a Thursday evening show at a set price. This private event is held on a Thursday prior to our regular Friday through Sunday performances. The organization then sells the seats for the night and collects the proceeds for their own causes. They are also allowed to sell their own food items, bake sale, raffle, silent auction, etc.

The cost to reserve a Fun-raiser with ECP is…

$600 for a Musical
$500 for a Non-Musical

Throughout its time, local organizations have joined forces with ECP to hold private events. They have generated over $20,000 for their own causes. Some of these organizations include: ELKS, Rotary, PEO, Humane Society, Free Clinic, and various churches/spiritual organizations. This year we are looking to expand our offerings from solely non-profit organizations to schools and businesses wishing to raise funds, or hold private events.

How to participate:
-Look over the ECP 2018 Season of Shows; (Dec 14, 2017 is still available for A Christmas Memory, directed by Jimmy Burdette & produced by Mary Nickles)
-Pick one that connects with your group via theme or timeframe
-Contact Dana, ECP Office Manager, regarding availability  (via email or phone); (Currently all shows in 2018 are available)
-Tour the facility to determine layout for your organization’s extra materials;
-Confirm with Dana to sign a contract and make a deposit
-Share details with your group using the posters fliers, and other promotional materials which are provided to you both electronically and in hard copy

Sell the tickets which will also be provided to you.

On the day of the show:
-Previously you have made arrangements with ECP for arrival time to begin your set up in the lobby. Organization-specific tables, goods, auction items, raffles, sales, etc. are the
responsibility of the organization. ECP does have a limited amount of equipment that your party is welcome to use, based on availability.
-ECP will have a House Manager on-site to unlock the doors and to assist as needed.
-Organizations are welcome to bring and/or sell food items.
-ECP will have concession workers in the concessions stand. Beverages are only to be made available by Electric City Playhouse via the concessions stand. If you have specific
requirements (allergies) or requests, be sure to discuss these ahead of time so arrangements can be made.
-ENJOY THE SHOW!!!!

Requests by an organization to participate in a Fun-raiser, and/or to make exceptions to the above outline of responsibilities are subject to ECP Board approval.
